Data we collect

We collect data you voluntarily provide through the website forms or WhatsApp: name, contact number, nationality, specialty, experience, residency details, and any attachments you send to document your work.

How we use it

Data is used solely to match you with job opportunities at client businesses. It is never sold or shared with parties unrelated to recruitment.

Data storage

Data is stored in encrypted cloud infrastructure. Access is limited to authorised STAFFLY staff under defined and logged permissions. Data is processed by trusted technical providers, some of which may be located outside Saudi Arabia, under the safeguards required by the Personal Data Protection Law.

Retention period

We keep your profile for 12 months from the last contact, after which it is deleted. Residency and passport documents are deleted as soon as the procedure they were provided for is complete.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction, or permanent deletion of your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time via WhatsApp or email staffly.co@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA), and we are committed to notifying it of any incident affecting your data.
